Do you need help understanding and planning how to best manage your land for your unique goals? Are you interested in reducing your tax burden through current use programs? Do need a resource plan for conservation easement purposes? Are you looking for a technical service provider for forest management planning through NRCS?
Ecological Land Management & Stewardship (abbreviated here to ELMS) has a forester who is licensed by the state of New Hampshire to write plans that meet and exceed the specifications required for current use in the Documented Stewardship Category.
ELMS has a forester who is an NRCS TSP for Forest Management Planning.
ELMS creates other natural resource management plans such as invasive species management plans, trail system establishment plans, climate resiliency planting plans, wildlife and ecological diversity planting plants, and rotational mowing plans.
All of our plans will be created with your goals as the main focus. ELMS plans will help you understand the multi-faceted parts of land stewardship and management. ELMS plans include property descriptions, areas of focus for management, existing conditions, complete inventories, recommendations for management, schedules for management, historical land use information, soil data, and much more information. ELMS management plans give landowners the data, recommendations, and framework they need to be successful in land management and stewardship.
ELMS is a USDA NRCS Technical Service Provider (TSP) for “CPA 106” Forest Management Planning and “DIA 165” Forest Management Practice Design which are the two parts of NRCS Funded Management Plans.
